I will just start by saying that Brett Myles is one of the best men I’ve ever known. I’ve known Brett for close to 11 years.
In that time he has been one of the truest and most intentional friends that I (and my family) could ask for.
I decided to give this a try and worked with Brett for 1 year doing personal coaching, as well as coaching for my entire roofing team (5 others + myself).
Needless to say, I was ill-prepared for how much the work that I was going to do with him would change me, my business and truth be told, how I saw the world.
Brett is an incredibly gifted leader, teacher and facilitator in ways that could seem obvious (as I am sure many other coaches are).
But really it is his heart, consistency and intentionality that made my time with him transformative.
His ability to speak truth, be consistent, but make it personally applicable to me and my team (especially me as a leader) was a gift that I did not know that I needed.
I could write a novel here about every instance and moment that we spent together or every breakfast with my team and I, but it’s the ways in which I see the world now that are all the evidence I need.
