- You didn’t have a strong example growing up — and you’re figuring fatherhood out as you go
- You’re successful in many areas of life, but home feels harder than it should

The LeadWell Dads Leadership Collective exists to change that.

We use proven LeadWell leadership tools — including the Five Voices — to help you:
- Understand your own leadership wiring
- Better understand your wife’s voice
- Better understand your children’s voices
- Lead each relationship with clarity, empathy, and intentionality

The Format & Commitment
- Duration: 6 months (February–July 2026)
- Location: In-person gatherings in North Austin (still TBD)
- Cohort Size: Capped at 12 men
- Time Commitment: 2 hour monthly in-person sessions + 1-on-1 coaching between sessions (18 hours over 6 months)
This is designed for men who are willing to show up fully.
